Do employees need a crypto wallet?
Employees can choose to be paid directly in stablecoins to their crypto wallet or opt for local currency payouts via fiat off-ramps (where available). Brivapay supports both options.
Is Brivapay compliant with regulations?
Yes. Brivapay incorporates KYC/AML protocols, automated tax compliance features, and ongoing legal oversight to meet jurisdictional requirements for payroll processing.
